Ron Spencer was an English artist who drew comics strips for several British comics, including a number of strips for The Beano. He took over as artist for Little Plum after Leo Baxendale's departure from the comic in 1962 and also later drew the spin-off story Baby Face Finlayson. He also drew the first series of The Nibblers and the short-lived Pepper the Pony and Lucinda. He died in 1998 at the age of 67.
